About the Author of Cebu Spa and Wellness Guide blog

Hi there and thank you for visiting this blog. I’m Jazmine, a free-spirited life traveler whose quintessential pursuits involve searching for the best spas in town and documenting about the whole spa experience as they come.

For many busy folks like me, indulging in a leisurely massage every now and then is one of the ultimate stress-busters there is. Even health experts would agree that spa and wellness treatment is not just a luxurious pampering activity but one which brings optimum health benefits by relieving you from stress and soreness.

It also serves as an escape, albeit temporary, from the hurdles of life. Don’t you just want to lie down on a cozy bed and let a masseur expertly massage you to Calm Land even for just a few hours?

Like you, I had the opportunity of visiting different spas, from the upscale ones down to the unassuming ‘manghihilot’ (local folk healers). Some were great and some were just plain forgettable.

I usually share my experiences with these spas as an occasional topic during coffee-break conversations with friends but I realized it would bring it to a whole new level if I document them in a blog for all spa enthusiasts to read and engage with.

And that is how Cebu Spa and Wellness Guide blog came about. I have envisioned this as your gateway to the best and up-and-coming spas and wellness centers mushrooming in this charming tropical island of Cebu and the nearby provinces.

In here you will find my candid reviews on spa and wellness salons, products and services that I’ve actually tried and tested. Aside from that, I will also be sharing some valuable information about spas in general and how to make your next visit truly enriching and memorable.

No, you don’t necessarily have to take my reviews too seriously. In fact, I encourage you to go out and see it for yourself. As the famous quote would say, “Experience is the best teacher”. I couldn’t agree more with that. Sometimes your opinions may not mirror mine depending on your perspective and what you’re expecting.

We are all gifted with a phenomenal mind and senses that can differentiate between what works for us and what not. In the end it is up to you to decide if a certain spa is worth your money, time and preference.

If ever you find this blog interesting, go ahead and save this to your favorite bookmarks and make sure to drop by my site regularly to get the latest updates. Better yet, you can follow me on Bloglovin’ or subscribe to Feedburner to get an RSS notification whenever I have new blog posted.

Jazmine

Love your site! Spa experiences are so lovely. I have worked in many spas and salons and am currently working from home doing waxing and massage. I love the info you give people and how you do reviews of different spas. Keep up the great work and I know you will have a great time doing it! Especially when you get a massage or facial out of it!
