I have to be honest, I drink way more coffee than water. On good days, I drink around 1 glass of water, it’s just coffee most of the time. Must change that!
Like you, I like my coffee a lot. But lately, I’ve noticed that coffee causes dry mouth and heart palpitation so it’s just water for me now.
So true! WATER is very important! and it really helps in losing weight! like A LOT! 🙂
Wow, if that’s the case, then I should really drink more water to lessen my bilbil.
Good thing I’m a water person! I also made it a habit to lessen soft drinks. Really helps and it saves money too.
Good for you. It took me a long time to quit my soda habit but I was relieved that I’m no longer addicted to it anymore. 🙂
This is very informative! Yes, I do make it a point to drink more than a liter of water every day most especially when I do physical activities.
Thank you. Yes, you’re right. Even if a person is not as physically active as you, we all need to drink an adequate amount of H2O to replenish lost water in our body everyday.
I love how the video was presented. It was so creative with so many doodles apart from being very informational. I am a serious coffee drinker and over the years I have come to love water too. I like slicing oranges or lemons then submerging them in water to be chilled. They taste great! If and when strawberries and mint leaves get more affordable, I’d love to add them to my water too. Someone suggested it to me and I’ve been curious ever since.
Yes, that’s a great suggestion. Or if you want your water cold, you can freeze water with fresh fruit bits (like mango and banana) in your ice cube tray and once it has turned into ice, you can add it to a glass of water. I got that idea from Pinterest, hehe. 🙂
It’s been a while since I shifted from drinking too much soda and sweetened juices. It’s more water for me now!
I have to admit that I still drink cold softdrinks during special occasions like birthdays and fiestas but I have lessened that nasty habit to a bare minimum these past few years already.
scared me a bit.. need to chug down some more myself!
It’s insane that prolonged dehydration can cause delirium.
I’m a water drinker but have to admit I also love canned juices, milk tea, and soda. To be more specific, Sparkle. hahaha
LOL. Who can’t resist drinking Sparkle from time to time, right? 🙂
Oh noes! Lately I was fine with drinking one glass before leaving for work, one glass after lunch break, and one glass when I get home! I should drink more na gyud!
I read from one of the medical sources that even if you don’t drink 8 glasses of water, for as long as you eat adequate amount of water-based food like watermelon, then you can actually fill your water intake requirement.
I realized how important water is when I suffered UTI. Water is really really important in our body.
Just in time for summer. I really need to double up drinking water especially during physical activities. Dehydration is really a serious concern.
SO TRUE! I try…I always do but I fail, I always fail hahaha Good thing my kids are all water lover so letting them drink has never been a problem.
